Our 365-Day Guarantee (Premium Shipping) For customers who select Premium Shipping at checkout, we offer an exclusive 365-day return window. You have a full year to decide if your loafers are the perfect fit. If they are not, simply return them for a full refund.

Standard Returns For all other shipping methods, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Return To ensure a successful return, your items must remain in perfect, unworn condition, with all original packaging, shoe boxes, and dust bags intact. A note on care: We highly recommend trying on your new footwear on a soft, carpeted surface to prevent any scratching or marking on the elegant outsoles.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will promptly provide you with a return shipping label and simple, step-by-step instructions.
  3. Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop them off at the designated carrier.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you of the approval. Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
